'We do not torture'. [Bush].

How many lies can one man and his administration speak? The US does not do torture? How can this barefaced lie be allowed to pass without barely a mention? What about Abu Ghraib? What about Baghram? What about Guantanamo?

If the US does not torture then why is Bush threatening to cast the first veto of his career to de-rail Senator McCains spending bill amendment that bans the use of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment of prisoners which was passed by the senate 90-9?

His bare-faced cheek last Friday to accuse democrats that voted for war of being hypocrites because they voted for war in Iraq in 2003. But we all know, George the liar, that they didn't have the same details that the Bush administration did, who selectively cherry picked dubious and downright incorrect intelligence to make their case for war.

Last weekend, details were leaked by Carl Levin (dem) of a DIA document in Feb 2002 warning that the intelligence obtained from a captured Al'Qaeda terrorist was 'intentionally misleading'. The terrorist claimed that Saddam has trained Al'Qaeda members in the use of WMDs. The report went further, saying that such collaberation was absurd considering that Saddam was intensley secular and was extremely wary of Islamic revolutionary movements. Eight months later Bush was peddling lies again when he claimed, 'We've learned that Iraq has trained Al'Qaedad members in bomb making and and poisons and deadly gases'. What was the source George the liar? And why was it totally wrong?

Bush the liar was quite happy letting Americans think that Saddam had something to do with 9/11 because it supported his casus belli with Iraq. At no point did anyone in the Bush administration state that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11, so much so, along with a supine, compliant US media, that when the US invaded Iraq an astonishing 53% of Amerians believed that Saddam was 'personally involved' in 9/11.

Failing to correct a critical public misconception based on deliberately misleading statements by the Bush adminstration is tantamount to lying, and no amount of lawyerspeak weasel words changes the fact.

As Bush continues to lie through his teeth, he is so deluded that he cannot see the game is up.

As cities in Jordan, London, Spain and elsewhere have learned, Bush's lies have lead to an expansion of the terrorist effort the world over, while a feeble US cowers in bunkers, bogged down in Iraq.

Bush is nothing more than a peevish, delusional, compulsive liar.
